Description of the problem	T bone frontal crash in tarrytown, ny on 2/5/16 at 7:59 pm approximately on route 119 west. Vehicle # 2 a kia suburban made a left turn in front of me when i in vehicle # 1 had a green light and right of way. Air bags did not deploy approximate speed of my mb g 63 , 2013 was around 35-40 mph on actual point of impact. Road speed limit was 45 mph. Roads were clear, weather was cold, no ice or rain. Seat belt retraction on passenger side caused sternum fracture to the passenger occupant. Driver sustained bruises on arm on impact. Complete non deployment of air bags in my vehicle#1 on impact.
